climate activism

For 7 years I worked closely with Campaign Against Climate Change (CACC) creating many scenarios, props and characters which featured in the international press, and helping them establish an annual Climate March - which takes place each December.

The 'peace' symbol has become iconic, used by generations of designers and everyday people alike. Many are unaware that this global symbol began as the logo for CND. In its 50th year, CND and its message are needed 'now more than ever'.

This couture beaded and wired necklace has been crafted using Swarovski beads and crystals, Vintage beads from Japan, Czechoslovakia, and France, modern stampings form the USA, and ancient Roman beads, and features an encased pendant with applied crystals and hand painted designs on 10,000 year old mammoth ivory.
