vintage victory

This site, built using the open source platform Drupal, aims to be the definitive destination site for vintage fans all over the world. The site has been planned, designed and built using the clients existing branding and with the most novice CMS user in mind.

VV has a large online and social media following, and vintagevictory.com allows this audience to create profile pages flagging their interests, upload share and promote their images, video and stories.

It also has an advanced marketplace system that allows users to easily create and manage their store products, and for purchasers to pay for items from up to five sellers at once via PayPal.

In order to have the transactions flow correctly, a significant amount of planning and configuration was required.
Working with specialist developers, we also helped update the Marketplace module, and plot the required integration with PayPal.

Taxonomy and keywords are used throughout the site to help users find what they’re most interested in. Custom user guides and tool tips have been added to most transaction pages and form items to help the editor and end user.

The site is now maintained by a third party developer, I continue to be part of the marketing and design team.
